ONBOARDING PROCESS
#1- Discovery Meeting
Talk to your design lead to get personalized designs,Book a 15- to 30-minute phone call or virtual meeting to review your interior design project scope and what your expectations are when looking to hire a design company.The more we learn about you, the better we can design your home
#2- Booking Your Slot
You will be asked to sign the approved service agreement and contract.A non-refundable deposit will be required to book your initial design meeting and guarantee that your project will be our cue. You will be asked to complete a questionnaire prior to your initial site visit.
#3- Finalize the Spot
Once you are satisfied with what we have proposed, after the initial site visit, you will be asked to make a booking payment.Then we shall start working on the design process. After the design is finalized from your end, we shall work on the execution.
